1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furniture and decor: small stools, clothing and hat racks, and floor mirrors.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Floor Mirrors (Safety Glazing – 16 CFR 1201 / ANSI Z97.1 Compliance):

  • Safety glazing materials are designed to promote safety and reduce the likelihood of cutting and piercing injuries when the glazing materials are broken by human contact.

  • Inspect mirror for chips or cracks before each use. Discard if damaged.

  • Handle with extreme care – even safety glass can cause injury if broken.

  • For wall-mounted mirrors: Must be installed into wall studs or with appropriate heavy-duty anchors rated for the weight.

  • For leaning mirrors: Place on level, stable surface. Do not allow children to climb on mirrors.

  • Keep away from children – broken safety glass still poses injury risk.

  • Clean only with appropriate products (glass cleaner, soft cloth). Do not use abrasive cleaners.

For Small Stools:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully if required.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Use on level, stable surface.

  • Do not stand on stools.

  • Keep away from children – small parts may pose choking hazard.

For Clothing & Hat Racks:

  • For wall-mounted racks: Install into wall studs or with appropriate anchors.

  • For freestanding racks: Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Do not allow children to climb on racks.

4. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper installation, breakage, accidents).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
